Straight - Out (Belt It) Part 1

My eyes flew open when I realized it was Saturday. I jumped off my bed and started to sing "Joining a Fan Club" by a J-rock/J-pop band, (Japaneese Rock or pop) Puffy Ami Yumi. Soon, I'd be seeing Puffy Ami Yumi at a concert in Philadelphia. I searched through my closet for something to wear. Aha! There it was! A turquoise/dark blue shirt with a half moon and stars in it. Right next to that shirt was a pair of denim capris with flowers around the bottom. I knew it was a perfect match.

After "Joining a Fan Club", I sang "Planet Tokyo". When I reached the chorus, I looked at myself in my mirror. It was the perfect Puffy Ami Yumi outfit. But my hair needed a hairclip. I chose my turtle clip and snapped it in. For extra flare, I tied a tan belt on my capris. All I needed were my lizard earrings. When the earrings were in, I grabbed my purse and ran downstarirs.

I had a cinnnamon raisin bagel for breakfast, and then it was time to pick up my friend Lita. Lita was coming to the concert, too. My mom drove to Lita's house, and she ran up to my mom's Toyota.

"Hi, Eli. What do you think of my cyberlocks?" She asked. (Cyberlocks are things you put in your hair that look like springs and streamers. They come in many different colors.)
"I love them! They look so cool!" I exclaimed.
Lita was wearing a pink shirt with a checkerboard pink miniskirt. They matched her cyberlocks which were purple, blue, and pink. We talked alot, and eventually, we fell asleep.
