Villians are the hardest characters to create, there is no question.

First you have to decide what kind of villian you want. There are four basic villians.

Stupid villians. These types aren't to bright, but they make great henchmen!

Angry villians. These tend to freak out a lot and are easy to defeat.

Wimpy villians. Weak and Whiny.

Evil villians. These are super baddies.

Remeber, your villian should have a look to fit his/her personality. Stupid villians should dress simply, and have a small vocabulary. Wimpy villisns should be small and diminutive, dress sloppily, and have a twitch of some sort. angry villians are perfect to lead your enemy forces.

I can't advise you on Evil villians though. Every villian of this persuasion is unique.
Just one tip on these, don't make your villian a whisp of smoke. NOT scary.
