The mystery of Megan and no friends

Once upon a time, there was a beautiful young pony. She was black with a beautiful, lighter black mane. People called her “Megan.” She lived in a giant, gold castle, which was made of gold, too.

She was very nice, but everyone thought she was mean. But, Megan didn’t know why. She thought it was because she was so clumsy and ruined everything. She never meant to ruin things. Everyone thought she did mean it, though.

But, one day everyone wanted to be Megan’s friend. She thought it was a mystery. So, she started to spy on the other young horses to try to find out why they were acting this way. She listened to their conversations from a distance. Sometimes they would fight over who would get to play with her.

One day, she noticed the young horses talked really nice about her, until she left. Then they were starting to talk about a “plan.” But, Megan could not exactly hear what they were saying.

She took a nap, and when she woke up, she went to look for the other horses. She heard them say one word. It was, “Master.”

Hum. Megan wondered what they were talking about. She wondered if they were thinking about a “plan.”

She decided to keep sleeping, so she could stay awake that night to see if a “plan” developed. As it turned out they were thinking of a “plan” while she was sleeping.

When she awoke, she went and heard them say the three last words, “Okay” and “Got it.” She put all of the words together from both days. The only sentence she could think of that made sense was, “Okay, got it, Master.”

“Why would they say that?” she thought.

Maybe they were trying to trick her. She knew that tomorrow she would have to stay up all day, but then she thought to herself, “Hey, I always wanted them to like me. Why am I wasting my time here, when I could be having friends right now.”

Megan dropped what she was doing and ran to find the other horses. She found out their names. They were Courtney, Elizabeth, Bradie, Ashlee, Stephen, Mason, Jake, Angie, Bryton, Angela, Sabrina, Walker, Devon, Kenny, Kaily, Miranda, Nicole, Logan, and Brady.

But, Megan never found out why they were making a “plan,” and if they were making a “plan.” It was an unsolved mystery.

But, they all lived happily ever after in Friend Town.
