Prologue: The Beginning

The year is 768bc and the day is the twenty-seventh of April. The night was young and cold with rain and thunder. In the town of Traylem, in the poorest part of town, you could hear a baby crying because the family did not have any milk to feed it. The baby was a male.
“We cant do any thing for the baby, Roc, we need to find someone to take care of him.” said the mom of the baby. “But where can we find some who will, Betty, there’s no one who will.” replied Roc.
Roc was at averaged height, in worn and torn clothes, had a short beard, wore no shoes and was bold.
Betty was from a rich family, fell in love with Roc and they both had a baby in secret. When she was in the palace, the baby stayed with Roc.
Even though she was from a rich family, she couldn’t take money from her parents and could not be away form home to long because it would raise suspicion, she could only get some milk from the palace, but not to much. The only times she could go to her husband was a night, when she was suspected to be in bed. When everyone was in bed ( parents ), she snuck out her window. Betty was in her pajamas and slippers. She was a red head and well taken care of. The baby was three months old and was in nice clothes that Betty made in her room when no one was watching. The clothes were red with gold trimming and the baby had a hat.

They lived like this for another two more years, had another male child, and the king still did not know that his daughter was married. At this time the eldest child was two years and five months old.
Roc had two jobs: one paid him good money because he worked directly to the king, even though he did not like him because he loved to kill innocent people. But in secret, Roc had formed an organization to over throw the king and started to train his eldest son for when Roc passes away or gets killed, he will fulfill his fathers dream. Working for the king was a great way to know what he was doing and what he was planning. At age fifteen Mozart, the eldest, was already skilled in melee and range. The youngest was a scholar and liked reading.
“Good Mozart, your almost ready to fight in battle, but I wont let you, for you must be strongest of all.” Roc said after a spar.
Mozart replied in a happy voice “Thank you, father.” Mozart was a tall boy and had black hair, was wearing chain mail body and legs. He was weary from training and was covered with dirt from head to toe from falling and had bruises every were from getting hit with a stick.
It was early in to morning, about eight a.m.
Roc said “Go wash up and be back at the house around twelve for lunch.” and walked away. Any one could find out the time by looking at the sun. Mozart went to the river and went swimming and laid down on the river bank sleeping.

Meanwhile . . .

Travis woke up. It was about noon, his dad would of killed him if he was here for sleeping almost all day. While sitting up he was scrubbing the sleep from his blue eyes. No one in Traylem had seen blue eyes before, or any one in fact. Travis was the younger one of the two brothers and was thirteen years old, already likes a girl and she him and loved to read. After he scrambled out of bed he put some blue shorts that goes down to the knee and put on a white shirt then pulled on some thin shoes. After he was done with that he pick up the book he was currently reading and walked down stairs say to himself what he needed to do “ I need to go meet Kelly in them market in five minutes.” As he opened the door, he seen Kelly. He noticed her blond hair pulled up in a pony tail, green eyes and her pink shirt and dress and the book she held next to her heart. “Sorry, I wanted to come here because it is kind of cold out today.” said Kelly
Still in shock to see her he said “That’s ok, come in.”
As she walked in, her footsteps echoed throughout the house. “ I got your book.” she said while sitting down. She set the book on the coffee table in front of her. Travis picked up the book and thumbed through it.
After a minute passed he closed the book and said “Thank you for bringing it to me.”
“It’s a good book, I’ve read it and so is the one you are reading presently.”
“Have you read every book?” he asked
She showed a grin and said “Maybe.”
They talked about books till the sun was almost down and Kelly said “ I
must be getting home, my parent must be getting worried.”
“Ya, my parents and bro should be here soon, too.”
After Travis showed her to the door he went back and sat down, pulled off his shoes and read.

Three hours later, his parents still haven’t showed up. -They should have been back by now. Something is wrong-. He thought. He waited another hour.
When they still did not come, he decided: I’m going out to look for them.
He pulled on his shoes and walked out the door with the book Kelly brought him, for he went everywhere with one.
As he walked down the street…
Boom!
He looked around to try to find the source, but to no avail. He looked up toward the sky for a minute or two and…
Boom!
He realized that it was thunder and when the Boom! went off, a web of lightning filled the sky, going in all directions.
Boom!
-It’s just a thunderstorm-, He thought to himself, -nothing to be afraid of-.
He started running down the street. He was about half way there when it started raining. He almost slid in the mud because the road was not made of stone but of dirt.
Boom!
He reached the palace gate in fraction of the time it would take walking or going thru a crowd. He had never been in the palace or seen it because the wall was so big that he only seen the top. He thought back to when his dad told him about a secret tunnel that goes under the wall. He walked around and soon he stumbled, almost tripping because his foot got caught. He looked down and found the tunnel. It was about a 5x5 tunnel and was hidden by a bush ten feet away from the gate.
Boom!
After he had crawled thru the short tunnel and got up on the other side of the wall, he seen people running everywhere like the were getting ready for an invasion. The tunnel on this side of the wall was hidden by another bush.
He stopped to what looked like a servant to him and asked, while yelling, “WHATS GOING ON?”
The servant was so busy to throw him out because he wasn’t allowed in the
palace, but stopped and said:
“THE KING HAS BEEN SLAIN AND…”
The servant paused the think.
Travis started to show tears because the king was his secret grandpa. They never knew each other because the reason he did not know.
His thoughts interrupted when to what looked like an explosion went off in the direction of his house.
His heart started to beat fast then he ran. He went through the tunnel, got up on the other side of the wall and ran down the muddy road.
Boom! Thunder.
As he rounded the last corner before he reached his house, he tripped and fell face first in the mud.
As he regained consciousness, he looked up and tried to focus, but when he did, he wished he was dead for what lay in front of him was the destroyed house of which he once lived in.
Boom!
He could feel the burning in his eyes.
Everything I know and love is gone. That was his last thought, because he lost conscious again. Laying in the mud, rain still rained.
Boom!
