There's an I in win, isn't there? (PART 5)

The only problem was, Colton didn't know exactly how to do that.
Colton had been pulled right out of high school to play in the NBA, so he never really had had a steady job other than basketball. He pondered this for a while, then decided his mind would work better with a full belly. He strolled out of the door. It was a regular cold Michigan day, the air was bitter, a soft frost on the ground. Colton's Nikes were soaked throughly by the time he got to his car, a 1965 hard top GTO. He opened the door and sat down on the silk seat covers. Colton smiled as the engine roared to life and purred, waiting, waiting to blast down the highway. Driving always made Colton feel better. Maybe I could be a NASCAR driver, he thought to himself. He chuckled softly at his small joke, and backed the car out of the drive way. Colton decided to go simple today. He would eat breakfast at the local Ram's Horn. It wasn't a very long ride, but Colton enjoyed it all the least.

After he had polished off a few eggs and a cup of coffee, Colton was ready to go. He decided to start small, maybe apply for a job at Best Buy. He could get discounts on cell phones, and watch T.V. At work! Colton had to drive a little farther this time, the nearest Best Buy was at Great lakes Crossing mall, in Auburn Hills. It was about a 45 minute drive, so Colton decided to bring down the hard top. He pressed a small button on the dash board, and in a few seconds, the cool air was ruffling though Colton's hair. As Colton neared the mall, he realized something. He was going to drive past The Palace of Auburn Hills, the place where he and the Pistons played. That also meant he would be driving past the Piston's training center. When he reached the building, he slowed down just a bit. Colton saw Rasheed Wallace stepping out of his car, a gym bag hanging from his shoulder. Rasheed glanced at Colton, and Colton waved, but Rasheed answered back with his middle finger, raising it high in the air. Colton sighed and drove on. Even his teamates disliked him now.
"Oh well, there loss."
