I strongly recommend "Can't Take my Sky". It's the title I've searched for but never found.

I know the basics about it, since I have a friend who's watched it, and I've seen parts of a few episodes, though I was a bit confused (gee, I wonder). I may have to see if I can get any of it on Netflix...that is, after I finish rewatching some of my favorite Doctor Who episodes ;)
