That is true... But I have to put up with it because I have 4 cats. To tell you the truth, cats are hard to get used to, ever for a cat person like me. On the other hand, even if they are "first like 'meow meow' and then suddenly *hiss* and *pounce*", they can be sweet and cuddly and warm and friendly, like my cat Whiskers who is a Maine Coon, and she is nice ALL THE TIME even though she doesn't lick people, she will sleep on anything she can.
I don't like cats because they may be cute and cuddly, but you have to pay most of your attention to the cat for it to survive, then it gets spoiled and starts throwing tantrums like my four-year old sister.
My cat Tiger doesn't even need attention! He goes out and kills mice and birds and brings them home to us so we don't have to feed him and he leaves his fur all over so we don't have to brush him and he bites us when he's happy so we don't have to deal with tantrums and-WAIT! Maybe you're right! I should go tell my mom to get rid of Tiger!
