TITLE: Revenge

we used to be friends, prince Henry thought as he looked out from his castle balcony,the sun gleamed over him and a coffin being pulled behind a horse to the graveyard,

"how, why did I LET THIS HAPPEN!!!!!!!!!!'

he yelled suddenly as he recalled being attacked by the rival Kingdom,and how his friend had charged against orders, at the evil rival castles King, King Arastin his friend had drawn his sword fearlessly and waved it in the Kings face, then the king flicked his finger and his archer killed his friend, "No doubt"Henry whispered to himself "that the King was afraid of his friend"and thats when prince Henry decided to devote his life to destroy Arastins kingdom he promised himself that he would leave No brick left standing of the evil kings castle.

But now his problem was asking his father and planing an attack,Henry made his way slowly walking up the stone steps he looked at the beautifully woven tapestries
in-till he came to one and fell over crying the tapestry was of his friend who had once been the kingdoms most honored and fearless Knight, then after a good half and hour he managed to stop crying and walk up the steps in his normal face, then went past the guards and into his fathers huge bed chamber with tables full of wine
and trifles and pies cakes you name it it was on those tables

"yes son " the king said in a calm wise voice

"I..I...I want to form an attack on king Arastins kingdom "Henry gulped

"WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!" the king yelled slightly startled "how dare you think of such a thing we were just in battle yesterday"

"well I want revenge" Henry said almost crying but he managed to hide it

"revenge for wha.. oh you mean John?" the king said with a sigh

'yes, He was my only friend I have every had"Henry said getting himself worked up "he didn't even die in a fair fight!"

"I know son thats why we call Arastin evil"

"well will you let me?father, please" Henry said barely able to hold in his tears

"Hmmmmmmm" his father was quite for A few minutes "I guess mayb...."

he didn't get any farther Henry jumped in the air in joy

"but son remember it may take days to come up with an decent attack plan " his father suggested

"don't worry"Henry continued "I've already thought about that "
Henry bent over and whispered in his fathers ear his father smiled
"it will work I am sure" he yelled.

That night everybody was in place, Henry was on the edge of the forest, he stared at the grassy meadow that Arastins castle stood he looked back at the hundred warriors behind him he waved his hand to his archer, he came stealthy to his side

"yes your majesty" the archer said

Henry pointed to the sentry walking along the outer wall
the archer took one look and pulled out one of his arrows put it on his bow drew back and let it go, the sentry never knew what happed one moment he was alive the next dead, then Henry pointed his finger at all the other sentry's patrolling the wall

"quick before he notices the dead sentry" henry said then the archer and four others killed all the sentry's without making a sound

"good job, now for the gate" henry said his eyes gleaming as a man with a torch lit the archers arrows on fire

the archers notched there flaming arrows on the bow drew back and fired the flaming arrows lit up the night as the stuck heavily into the oak gate, almost immediately the gate was on fire probably because it was July and the gate was bone dry, soon Henry heard screams inside the castle then not even a minute later people were coming with buckets of water and poring it on the gate Henry waved to his archer, they started firing flaming arrows over the walls and into the gate henry watched as the gate calapsed this was what he and his army had been waiting for they ran out into the open but then a new threat raised Arastins archers were lining up on the walls most of them being killed by his archers before they could do anything but there was the odd few who were shooting into Henry's ranks he heard screams of his enemy's and his friends but despite the archers he and ninety warriors flooded through the gate

as soon as henry was in he was looking for Arastin he saw him watching the battle from his balcony,Henry was determined to to get to him and take his revenge
Henry ran through the slicing his way through the enemy finally he got to were the stairs started he ran up them his foot steps echoing as he pounded up them, he must have looked through every single room and climbed every single staircase before he was staring into Arastins room he saw the balcony Arastin was standing there with his usual evil grin

"here I am Arastin are you ready for your death?" henry said with a smiling as the king wheeled around to see Henry holding a bloody sword

"who are yo... wait ahhhh you are king linsins son?" Arastin grinned wider

"yes I am and I am here to kill you" Henry said now without a smile

"OK very well then" Arastin said as he drew his sword
Henry and the king circled each other then Henry pounced he twirled through the air and landed on top of Arastin, Henry stab at him in rage when finally Arastin got Henry off of him he was barely alive Arastin circled Henry then collapsed dead.

the next morning Henry was walking with his father around the wreckage of Arastins castle not one stone was still standing Arastin and all that he had ruled over was now gone.
