You must watch them be blown out of reach

Like balloons without strings

Slipping through your fingers like water

If you loosen your hold for so much as a moment

They're there

Hold onto your dreams

Never let them go

Hold them as if your life depends on it

For our dreams are all we know

Look at those fluffy clouds

This one looks close enough to touch

Let's reach out together

Look at the fish in the water

Deceptively suspended in shimmering blue

Shining like a streak of silver

Look, a stray shaft of light

Let's see if we can hold on

To the brightness

Look, an angel

Silver tears

Let's spread our wings and fly

For our dream are all we know...
