Cat's Adventure

                       Cat was a long-haired brown Manx cat. He was really fat. As a matter of fact he was so fat that he lost his tail and it became a stub.

                      Everyone was mean to cat. They were mean to him because he had no tail like the other cats. Everybody called him Fatso and Jumbo and they even called him slowpoke although they had never seen him run.

                   One day Cat had a dream.  A dream about somebody coming and taking all the cats with tails away. Cat went to the cat village and warned all the cats with tails away. Cat went to the cat village and warned all the cats with tails to keep their guards up because Cat had a dream. Nobody believed him.

                    Then one day the cat catcher came and took all the cats away. Cat was so they did not get him. Suddenly the cat catcher saw him and said      

“I’m not going to get this big fat dumb cat he’s not worth the trouble.” Cat liked the name Stumpy so Stumpy was his new name.

                     Stumpy was sad that there were no more cats on the cat village. So Stumpy decided to go on an adventure to save the other cats with tails and lose some weight. Stumpy decided that he would go and try to save the other cats next week and bring his litter box and his Cat Napper 3000. Stumpy went into his nest and took a long, LONG rest.

                      Two days later Stumpy woke up and set out on his adventure. He crossed dangerous volcanoes that were piping hot with magma. When he got on the other side of the volcano he used his litter box and took a nap in his Cat Napper 3000.

                      He woke up the next day and had to cross a forest that was so dark you could not see your paw right in front of your face. When he crossed the forest he turned around and looked at his stub. His stub had grown four inches and he also looked as if he had lost 40 pounds. Once he checked himself he used hid litter box and took a nap in his Cat Napper 3000.

                      The next day he woke up and got ready to cross the lake. The lake was so deep that if you had on scuba equipment you would not reach the bottom unless you swam underwater for three years without sleeping or stopping! So stumpy put his Cat Napper 3000 on his back and put his litter box on his back and started to swim. He had been so fat that he never learned how to swim. Stumpy had luckily watched the Beijing 2008 Olympics so he started doing what Michal Phelps did, Freestyle! So Stumpy kept moving his arms and feet as fast as he could. 15 minutes later he was a quarter of a quarter way there. Luckily, His litter box and Cat Napper 3000 could float. So he could sleep on his Cat Napper 3000 and float on top of the water at the same time. So he slept some and then he swam some more then he slept more. Finally, three weeks into the future he reached the other side of the lake. When he got to the other side he used his litter box and then went to sleep in his Cat Napper 3000.

                      Stumpy woke up the next morning and he was finally at the

  castle where all the cats were taken. Stumpy decided he should try to squeeze through the sewers. He had lost so much weight that it actually worked! Once Stumpy was inside he saw a chef for the cats that looked evil! So Stumpy, half terrified, clawed the chef’s legs then with his unsheathed claws he tore the chef’s clothes in half. The chef ran away screaming! Stumpy was tired so he took a nap in the chef’s torn clothes!

                      Stumpy woke up the next morning and went to the cat’s cages. He saw all the cats from the cat village and a few kits from the other villages. There were three guards guarding the cages. Stumpy had to knock out them all out and take their keys. When he unsheathed his claws the guards heard him and ran away. Stumpy looked at himself and he was white as a spooky ghost. Stumpy thought that was the reason the guards ran away. Luckily, when the guards started running away they dropped the keys to the cat cages. Stumpy unlocked all the cages. When he unlocked the cages he heard foot steps. They were getting closer and closer. The cats were all frightened, but Stumpy knew what was coming. It was those scaredy cat guards. Stumpy told the other cats that guards were coming. Then as Stumpy finished talking about 50 guards were coming. Luckily, the cats had out numbered the guards and the unsheathed their claws and tore the guards to shreds and they ran away to the open door in the distance. They got outside and ran home to the cat village. When they got there they gave Stumpy a new name. His new name was Taily. When they got home, Taily, and the other cats stayed up all night eating “Cat Surprise” and listening to “Disco Cat.”
