I'm not sure if I'm going to write this book or not. Now that Toppling Dominoes is over (I like that book even more than Was Blind) my other ideas seem kind of pathetic.
I'm thinking of writing a book called "The End of Forever." Here's the basic summery:
Lea Border has the worst memory in the world. She can barely remember her times tables, and she's in seventh grade. She certainly can't remember her childhood -- anything that happened prior to sixth grade is ancient history.
Then, one day, while rooting around in the attic, she finds a diary that she kept in fourth grade. She doesn't remember writing the diary, or even anything that happens in it, but one thing is clear: The Lea Border who wrote in the diary four years ago is a compleatly different person.
"The End of Forever" is about Lea's struggle to become the person she used to be, the person she believes to be the "real" Lea. But is that Lea really any realer than the currant one? And will her attempts to reverse the changes only create more?
