(i wrote this after listening to "Alyssa Lies")

Dont forget the ones who cry.

While so many children
run to their parents with arms open wide
what about the others
who just want a place to hide?
and get away from all the suffering
they have to live with everyday
wont anybody help them get away?
Dont forget the ones who cry.

What about the baby
who's house is not a home,
and what about the children
who think they're all alone?
what about those children?
Dont forget the ones who cry.

Do you even see the boy ?
the one whos clothes dont fit,
and hairs not combed
he just doesnt belong.
who covers up the bruises,
and lies about his lunch
he says "i just forgot it"
(for the seventh time this month)
Dont forget the ones who cry.

Do you hear that child
who cries himself to sleep?
or see the quiet girl
whos pain is just to deep.
Dont forget the ones who cry.

they didnt do anything
to deserve the pain they feel
but it is very true,
its happening and real

So dont forget the little one
who has shed to many tears
and dont forget the ones who are living in their fears
