So, I've been very lazy lately and when I mean lazy I mean business. Um, I don't think that made sense... Anyway, so, when I'm lazy I like to read, a lot. But I don't like to read most things... Unless it's romance--really huge, amazing, crying-my-eyes out, I-need-more, sobbing, sexy (not necessarily) romance. So, I want them now and I'm a bit too lazy to look through all Kidpub--sorry!
So, this isn't just any romance stuff. I will put the rules and there will be prizes--kind of.
YOU UP FOR IT? BETTER BE, MAN.
1. The characters must be 18 years old or older. I do not enjoy kiddy stuff. I feel it's unrealistic.
2. Description. I'm a sucker for a good description--especially in kissing scenes.
3. Grammar! I need grammar.
4. Fan-fictions (specifically Harry Potter) are acceptable, but try not to entwine it with fantasy or action, etc.
Now, I would love if the opposite sex, which would be you boys, would take a part in this. I want to see how close you are to your romance side.
Now, prizes.
First Place - cover but you can't publish with it because it's not royal free. Just like a temporary cover! A Review, and an interview--professional and all. (:
Second Place - Two of the above--your pick.
Third Place - One of the above--your pick.

You should put mature readers in the title... I'm kinda sure you don't want 9 yr olds to click on this... :P
Um, well, I have a story that I wrote... and the main character is like... um, SEVENTEEN.... or SIXTEEN (I can't remember :P).... And um, it's romantic, not finished, takes place in medieval times.... so there isn't MUCH fantasy in it, but it's.... how do I put it.... the girl is a orphan... and she lives in a forest.... um... yeah.....

I'll enter! I've been feeling like writing romance, but I haven't had much opportunity to do so because there isn't any in my book for a very long time :P We'll see how sharp my skills are...or aren't xD

I do enjoy reading novels (DERP.), and cussing doesn't really take anything away from it at all. Like you said, all those things make it more believable. I still think I'm one of the most old-school, simplistic and yet complex mindsets xD

I bloody love the word bloody and use it all the bloody time xD Though I think I offended this random British orthopedic surgeon once by using it O_e He'd been talking to me, and then he kind of...left xD It would suck if you married a British guy and moved to the States (why you would move to the States from the UK I have no clue) and he lost his accent -__-
