Life Is A Rollercoaster

Life Is A Rollercoaster

I consider my life a rollercoaster, up and down it goes.

Sometimes there are bumpy parts and others smoothly flow.

From my toddler years to childhood, my family is here through it all.

Seceretly watching over me when the nighttime would fall.

Sometimes I feel shy.  Sometimes I feel sad.

Sometimes I do good things, sometimes I do bad.

You can never imagine where life may go but just keep this in mind,

Life is like a rollercoaster it changes throughout time.

A very well-written poem.

A very well-written poem. Deep poems like this are usually hard to rhyme, but you managed to do even that!Wink

The rhyming's a little off,

The rhyming's a little off, but I like it.

It is called "near rhyming"

It is called "near rhyming" and is allowed in poems. Its a legitimate kind of rhyme used by poets.

Psh. I knew that. And, if

Psh. I knew that. And, if you think about it, everything is allowed in poetry, really. There aren't exactly rules. Anyway, it was just my opinion.

Yeah. Loads of my poems

Yeah. Loads of my poems don't even even come close to as good as this. And I'm 15 in december. Even at the age of 9 my poetry just about extended to:
"once their was a dart that loved to fart.
round and round a blueberry tart.
fart. fart. off it went.
now the tart's a smelly tart."

I was so mature then... It's amazing.

LOL BEN! The maturity is

LOL BEN! The maturity is utterly astounding...

Mine were like:

"Today there is sun

We're gonna have fun

And run and run

In the shiny sun."

Ack... Oh the aaaaagony.... Poe would roll in his grave, Dickenson would weep in despair, Frost would double over laughing...
