It was a beautiful spring day in the forest, and a mother pigeon was sitting on her eggs.  "My, am I hungry!"  she exclaimed.  she covered her eggs with leaves to keep hereggs warm, and set off to find food.  Hanging from a tree was a nice, ripe, apple.  She ate it, butwhen she went back home to her nest,She discovered that her eggs were missing!
