(Still need a title) part One

"Hi Mom, I'm on vacation" said Mary into the phone.  She peered out the window where the plane had landed.  It was a cold winter day back where she lived but it was humid and gray in Washington D.C where her and her friend Carry were on vacation.  They were planning to meet Carry's eighteen year old cousin but all that they could see were a bunch of strangers playing cards at tables and sipping ice cold drinks.  Just as Mary said good-bye and hung up her cell phone Mary came rushing over to her.  "Do you see your cousin?" Mary asked Carry.  "I was just about to ask you that" replied Carry.  "They searched the airport and suddenly they saw two arms waving high in the air at them. Carry spotted a teenaged girl with curly and long light brown hair up in a ponytail.  Carry ran over to her followed by Mary, there long hair bouncing up and down and every once in a while it would wack them in the face.  Carry jumped into her cousin Carson's arms and by surprise Carson actually caught her.  "Oh I missed you Carson" said Cary streaking Carson's hair.  "I missed you too" said Carson smilling while she said it.  She dropped Carry to her feet and said "I haven't met you yet young lady.  She put out her big hand to Mary and Mary shook it gentally.  "Well be better get back to my cabbin" said Carson.  "I just made this new meal and I am dying for someone to try it for me.  Carson grinned at them and said "I hope you two like strawberry ice cream".  "Mary elbowed her best friend.  "I think were going to have fun here".
