Biography

Hey, Everyone! I’m Erin! I had a really boring Biography page for a really long time, but I finally updated it! YAAY! Anyway, Let me tell you some things about me:

 

About Me (Erin, or Er-Bear)

1. I love to write…. Well DUH!
2. I’m obsessed with anything artsy… drawing, painting, sculpting, anything! But mostly drawing,
3. I love duct tape, and I love making things out of it! Some things I’ve made are: purses, wallets, bracelets, a dress, multiple pairs of shoes, and other things!
4. I’m super-hyper-crazy, and all my friends know it! :)
5. I am working on publishing a children’s book about a cowgirl.
6. Speaking of cowgirl, I live in Texas.
7. For all you Non-Texans, I want to let you know that Texas is like any other state. It’s not a desert, and we don’t ride horses to school. We dress in normal clothes, and most people here don’t have an accent. (just for you people who believe the stereotype!) :)
8. I love to dance, and will be trying out for the high school dance team soon… wish me luck!
9. I am not easily scared of crowds, and love being in the talent show… mostly for hip-hop dance

10)I have two adorable cats at home that are completely opposite….one’s white, fat, and a boy, and the other is black and other dark colors, thin, and a girl!

11)I love kidpub and everyone on it! YAY!

Now, here’s a recipe for a mug cake—It actually works, no joke! I made up the recipe for the white cake, but I got the chocolate one off the internet. (don’t worry, the one I made up works fine, too!)

 

5 minutewhitecake in a mug

6 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons white chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug (Microwave Safe)

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the white chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired
