A Book Review by Abhinav
People wonder, what makes Ash such a loser (I love him but seriously, you've got over 10 years of training, and you can't even beat an elite four member). They wondered why all of Nintendo's Pokemon characters were so weak. Could Nintendo possibly make an overpowered character? Nintendo got annoyed at these complainers, so to shut them up, they brought Pokemon Origins. Here, a young trainer named Red sets off on a Pokemon journey with his pal Charmander. Here's a comparisonn of the two. It took Ash around 3 seasons ( I'm taking a guess) to beat all the gym leaders. It took Red 3 episodes. It took Ash 4 seasons to battle the Kanto league, plus he lost. Red challenged and took it down in 4 episodes. Pokemon Origins simply featured a stronger array of characters. Charizard, Red's starter is the 2nd strongest Pokemon to be introduced to the series. Of course, Ash's Pickachu is no. 1. But what I loved about this mini- series is the rival. Just like Gary, Green has an awesome hairdo, and an awesome Blastoise. But Green took down the Pokemon league, and is the 2nd best trainer. Lastly, Team Rocket was easily taken down by Red. Team Rocket was much more cruel in Pokemon Origins. Overal, we have a butt- kicking trainer who took down a Mewtwo. Only one setback. I had to watch it with English subtitles.
