A Time To Dance is a touching novel about a dancer who has lost her leg in a car accident and is trying to overcome her disability. The style of writing was an element to the book, as much as the plot. I really liked this book because the imagery was incredibly detailed, and the story made me laugh, almost cry at times, and feel the message the dancer was trying to send. It was poetry as much as it was a story, beautifully blended into this novel.

I really enjoyed the fact that she was brave, and she always had a crush on somebody. Padma was very clear in the message that she was trying to send, about looks and disabilities dont matter, but if you stay strong you can accomplish many things.
