i'm sad. other people who are sad have reasons for being sad. like they have a jacked up family or something. my life is perfect and im still sad.

I hate technology. And technology hates ME.

I...can't...believe it.

I had just started downloading AVG AntiVirus. The installer thing said I could do "other things" while I wait for it to download. So I went off to MS Word to halfheartedly write while I wait:

After it installed, I set up the new desktop gadget, and decided to turn on some music. I clicked on Windows Media Player. It started to load, but then it just...stopped. The icon un-highlighted itself. The little blue spinny loading thing disappeared. o__o I clicked on it again, and waited. Same thing happened. I restarted my computer and tried again. This time, my calender gadget and my AVG gadget was gone. I tried to put them back on, but the AVG one kept having this error and the calender wouldn't come on at all. I tried opening an audio file, but all that popped up was an error message that said, "Server execution failed."

SO I then proceeded to scour the Internet, looking for a fix. I tried every single freaking fix out there.

"C'MON, WORK, COMPLICATED-COMPUTER-CODE-I DON'T-UNDERSTAND. THIS PERSON SAYS THIS WILL FIX YOUR PROBLEM."

Unfortunately, like MANY people out there (99% of the people out there with this problem, actually), none of the fixes worked.

By the time I gave up, it was already 10 minutes past my new sleep-time. And my brain is TOTALLY drained from the first couple days on 9th grade.

What I now what to do to my laptop, Hajima, for screwing up this for me FOR THE SECOND FLIPPING TIME in the past 3 months:

Depression can be caused by chemical imbalances.

I don't think it's a virus... o_o I have one of the strongest virus scanners you can buy. It's not picking up anything. This seems to just be a Windows hiccup. -__-

-Vent begins-

I'm bored, behaving irrationally due to hormones and I want something to do that has worth, purpose and meaning.

-Vent ends-

OH, and now I realized my Toshiba DVD Player thing is gone. o__e So, not only can I not use Windows Media Player to hear my music (at least I have iTunes, which is mysteriously working fine...o_0), I can't play ANY of my DVDs. D: That means no more watching DVDs in my room or when I wash the dishes. WHAT THE HECK, HAJIMA? e___e

rebecca 08-09-2012 12:39 PM

That is interesting.
