I burnt my wrist with a hot glue gun in May.I was making a wooden ship, and as I was glueing on the mast, the gun suddenly squirted a gigantic glob of glue everywhere and some landed on my wrist. It burnt all the skin off.

Yeah, i finished the craft and I'm doing another one today. >8D Time to burn the other hand. TTuTT

I typically give myself little burns when using the glue gun (I let the glue cool for a bit and then I press it between my hands/fingers to seal the pieces together and cool faster)

This time, though, it was right under my thumb where you can see your blood veins so I'm guessing the skin is pretty thin. It turned red, swelled, and eventually got a blister so I think it had a second degree burn this time. I hurt myself for the sake of art way to much sometimes. ;~;

I'm really starting to take an interest in the Catholic religion (i guess you could call it since I'm already Christian)

I mean, I've never met one of those super judgemental, "i hate gays", "trans people should dies", "jews are going to hell" sort of people THANK THE LORD but I find it scary how that is how most Christians are and that's exactly how other people view them. I'm not trying to shove my religion down other's throats, but the more I think about it, the scarier it seems to be a Christian.

Like, outside of mass, it seems like Catholics are really nice (and funny and so much more relaxed than most Christians) and, heck, they're churches are gorgeous. I mean, I don't think there is a right or wrong way to worship Jesus and I know that Catholics and Christians share many beliefs. So, maybe I don't want to be Catholic, but I sure as heck would like to know some Catholics. TT-TT (small town living)

I think the other thing about this is that I miss my friends who go to the Catholic School. I really like them and I see their parents a lot at my church, but not them (I did see them at the Catholic church one time when we visited for Sunday School) so I JUST REALLY WANNA GET CLOSE TO THESE KINDS OF PEOPLE AGAIN AND IT'S DRIVING ME INSANE HOW TERRIBLE SOME CHRISTIANS CONTINUE TO ACT OUTSIDE OF CHURCH.

Anyway, that was my religion rant. (NO I DON'T HATE ANYONE WHO PRACTICES A DIFFERENT RELIGION AND PRETTY MUCH EVERYONE AGREES THAT GOD IS LAUGHING ABOUT OUR DIFFERENT DENOMINATIONS. I'M JUST AFRAID OF GOING OUT AND MEETING CHRISTIANS THAT ARE SCARY AND JUDGMENTAL LIKE THIS)
