is it bad my thinking is going, hey i'll drink coffee tomorrow to make sure I don't feel like shit.
this is why there's no way in hell i'm taking any drug stronger than caffeine (barring going to the hospital)
this is kinda what happened when my parents said i was addicted to coffee.

If you're really feeling that neglected and/or abused, either call Child Protective Services, or ask a teacher to. A parent should not, and legally can not refuse to give their child food. And if he's inflicting physical harm, then that's an even bigger issue.
