ok so it's about this badass black lesbian general and she lives in this horrible society with her five friends, 1 is straight and latina (i imagine), 1 is bi and like japanese (i have this pic of this japanese model and ughh it's perfect), 1 is like afghan and doesn't want kids and is straight and ughh i love her and theres another girl who's also black and asexual and they're all so badass and great and i love them

AND THEN theres like a love hexagon with my main char and her friend who's bi and this guy who was like a concubine and his trans sister and ughh i'm so excited

AND THE WHOLE WORLD IS JUST <3 <3 like it's a matriarchy where the philosophy is that women are strong because they give birth, but obviously this doesn't work for people like our main or her friend who doesn't want kids or the asexual girl or people who just can't have kids or for our friend/love interest who has had two girls and just had a boy but boys are looked down upon and she's not allowed to keep him.

i'm so excited about this book.

I've also speculated about a matriarchal society, and I'd love to see your spin on one :P

i think it's really interesting because it's not simply like "women are the best because they are women," just like how patriarchal societies aren't just "men are the best because they are men." there are REASONS, and i think it's cool how in some matriarchies the same reasons for why women are weak in a patriarchy are why women are strong in a matriarchy and vise versa. at the same time, some parts of patriarchal societies do hurt men, just like how in my book the main point of their matriarchal society harms many women. in the end, both are bad because they rely on unrealistic gender roles that don't work for EVERYONE, just very different roles depending on the culture.

Ok so i've been kind of slacking in the writind department the past couple months and now i know why! Everytime my room is messy my writing goes into a depression. But I literally just cleaned my room today and I felt so inspired and wrote like 1,000 words out of no where and it felt like I'd only written 200 but it was 1,000 so go me.

and this one new character is 100% the most stereotypical Hispanic ever and I have no idea how or when he ended up in NSE asdfghjkl i'm gonna have to change that.

At least you can use those nationalities tho
I have the hardest time coming up with names for countries based on the places they are here so I just quietly scream

Also oml it's so good your story like TBH I really enjoy it. If I had come upon it later I would probably have binge read it like garrett's stuff

TBH I rly like this stuff it's gr8 and also gives me a reason to research lmao
