I was assulted (physically) in school, but I told too late and now the evidence is against me.
Plus, I wrote a letter explaining it to the head of KS3, but my style is too much like a fairy-tale and very elaborate. And everyone thinks I am the attacker, not the victim.
What do I do?

What. What is this.

C attacked me because I wouldn't give her a crisp. She started kicking me on the shins and in the stomach, and tried to kick my head a couple of times.
The day after, she started hitting me with a chair, then tried to squish my face against a cupboard with it.
C told Mrs Barry I refused her a crisp and said 'because you are too fat to need any crisps'. She also says I was hitting her. And that I attacked her with the chair.
You can't tell anyone I told you, cheeze. I'm not allowed to tell anyone.
THAT is why my mum now wants to homeschool me. She thinks C is too dangerous, especially when she strangled me last year.

Her again?!

I was bullied for first-third grade because of my teeth. I was kinda a chubby little kid, too. Well, my teeth are like...really gapped out (but I'm going to the orthodontist in January!), and everyone in the entire school called me "Gappy". Maybe that's why I have so much self esteem issues now, I don't know. Just thought I'd throw that in there.

I did but I'm not sure about it now...might, as well. :D

You DO need a tribute, Ash, you do, really. I'm not joking!

I know that some of them are different than one another and there might be different things to come around about God like the consequences of what would happen if you pray. I pray, sometimes, like last night!

When will it come in? Chapter 13? When will it be out?

I'm putting a picture of myself on the back of my novel that I'm publishing. I mean, I really don't see any harm in it. Hundreds of thousands of people put their faces on the Internet every day, and it's not like they'll know where I live, or my social security number, or all of that junk so that they can steal my identity or stalk me or whatnot.

If that comment was directed to me:
Yup.
She'll never stop.
And the school believes her. Even after a major bullying incident between her and another girl. That went on for a term.

Indeed.

This week is anti-bullying week, as well.

DragonRider 11-21-2012 11:06 AM

On Friday, I requested to see the anti-bullying policy. They said they would email it to me. I've reminded them several times, and it's Wednesday now... Still no sign of it.
Anyway, according to Kidscape, these are things to watch out for in anti-bullying policies - and what they actually mean...

We don't have bullying at this school (we don't acknowledge it)
Bullying is not tolerated here (it is ignored)
It's not bullying, it's just rough and tumble
Your child is not bullied, he/she is popular in the class
Boys/girls will be boys/girls
Your child brings it on him/herself
Your child is attention-seeking
*Your child needs anger management/ counselling/ therapy
Your child is over-sensitive
*You are going through a divorce aren't you?
Your child is upset because you're pregnant.
Your child is stressed because of trouble at home (with or without threat to contact Social Services)
We cannot reveal how the bully will be dealt with because of student confidentiality
Only the headteacher has the anti-bullying policy
Our anti-bullying policy is being re-written
We'll post you the anti-bullying policy (never arrives)
We haven't got a spare copy of the anti-bullying policy
Unfortunately there were no witnesses, so there is nothing we can do
You are an over-anxious parent
We have talked to the bullies and they were only playing/joking
*The bully said it was your child who bullied them (no system for finding truth)

*What was said to me and my mum.
