first of all, congrats for coming out to the fam!!!! thats actually amazing that you took it into your own hands because a lot of kids dont get or dont take that chance. but like ok so I can actually relate 2000% to the parent dynamic. in my experience it's awkward, and then it gets better, and then it briefly gets worse again once they discover you dating someone of the same sex. esp with bisexuality it's really tough to keep asserting that you are not straight and you can't choose to be. eventually you're going to have more control over your own life, so until then hang in there.
