I'm really scared.
I always tell myself to eat my food, but I can't even bring myself to eat more than two bites of my lunch and always throw it away
what's happening

Now you're making it sound like in Vampires in Venice.

Try changing what kind of food you have, or just eat lots of small snacks during the day, or food that has high nutrition levels.
I don't know how tall you are, but if you are over 4'8" then I think you may be borderline underweight.

*hugs* The smaller the pieces, the more your body will think you have eaten. Eat larger pieces to start with - your body will think it is the same amount as now, since it is only two bites, and won't realize it's bigger. You can gradually start eating more and more. This worked for me last year when I barely ate anything. I would only eat a few forkfuls of rice or pasta at dinner. Only meal. But if it doesn't start working after a week or two, see your doctor, IMMEDIATELY.

Why immediately?

Okay. You need to gain some weight, fast. Or your hair will start falling out and your skin will be really greasy and you will have bad teeth and possible bad eyesight in the near future. And yes, I'm scaring you into eating.
