So. Why purple? I would say because of breast cancer awareness day (I think it's today), but that's pink.

I ban DragonRider because she has a partially purple sig.

I ban DragonWriter for breaking several state laws by casually throwing around the word 'purple.'

It's purple because of Spirit day, the day against bullying. If you're against bullying, then you're purple :)
