Wait... Shockwave is the guy with one eye that lives on Cybertron as the Decepticon guardian. I think he's pretty cute though.:D He has a very sophisticated accent.:p

The followers of Soundwave would be his minicons, which depends on which animation continueity your watching. Ravage is the panther, Lazerbeak is the bird, Ratbat is a bat thing, Rumble and Frenzy are the twins, Buzzsaw is also a bird. G1 has all of them, Animated only has Lazerbeak and Ravage I think. TF Prime only has Lazerbeak.
