True...and in third world countries they still do. Sort of...I hear about it sometimes..

Rachel 08-31-2009 07:36 PM

You could technically get married whenever so long as your parents agreed. It's just not the custom here... and a slightly creepy thought...

Kazel 08-31-2009 09:32 PM

There is consent age, though.

Anyways, I like to watch Avatar too! Personally, I like Zuko and Toph.

*Me being to lazy to read the previous comments*

I win ya!!!!!!!!!!11

Rachel 09-01-2009 11:37 AM

Kiwara 09-01-2009 11:38 AM

Rachel what's with your suddenly inviting Bio? It's...not Rachel-ish...

Rachel 09-01-2009 11:41 AM

I know... I was depressed yesterday when I made it... still am, 's matter o' fact. I felt like changing it.
It's not that inviting. And I love that poem, so...

Kazel 09-01-2009 11:45 AM

Maybe it's her bio is a way, like some plants to seduce victim bugs into their traps! So the plants can eat their victims as they dissolve in a gurgling solution of evil!

Kiwara 09-01-2009 11:45 AM

Depressed? What's a future world dictator have to be depressed about?

Lol, Kazel. There we go!

Rachel 09-01-2009 11:49 AM

I like that, Kazel. That shall be my future explanation to anyone who bothers to ask.:D

List of reasons I have to be depressed:
1. There was that book that had the ending I didn't like
2. The other book with the ending I didn't like
3. Living through all the years when I haven't taken over the world is dull
4. People that I hate are refusing to just DROP DEAD ALREADY!
5. Numerous other reasons that I don't feel like posting

Kiwara 09-01-2009 11:52 AM

Aww...Look on the bright side! Err...You could write a book with an ending you do like! Umm...I don't know what to tell you about the whole taking over the world thing...maybe you'll have an epiphany!

Rachel 09-01-2009 11:56 AM

Ha ha. Sometimes I do that. Though my "happy endings" are slightly different than most people's... they usually involve the deaths of characters/people I don't like...:D

Kazel 09-01-2009 11:57 AM

Fanfiction, Rachel, FANFICTION!

It's fun. Nice way to release emotions. (EVERYONE dies in all mine!)

Oh yeah, thanks too.

Rachel 09-01-2009 12:01 PM

Yes! I love creating those kinds of stories. Almost all of the Twilight characters have suffered terrible, bloody deaths at the hands of my pen. And Harry Potter, and Inkheart, and Keys to the Kingdom, and...

Kazel 09-01-2009 12:04 PM

Harry dies in all my hp fanfics.
You know the scene in Mister Monday where Arthur is like, dying 'cause of the key is stuck in his chest?! THAT WAS MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE MOMENT IN ALL THE BOOKS!

Rachel 09-01-2009 12:08 PM

Yeah, I've murdered Harry in multiple ways. It's fun.
Usually I kill off nearly everyone but Arthur. He's one of the only characters I like in that series. My absolute favorite moment was when Suzy was fighting that air battle with that guy in MM and Arthur thought she was dead... I forget the guy's name. I hate Suzy with a passion.

Kazel 09-01-2009 12:22 PM

I like Suzy over Arthur.
But personally, I like the Raised Rats.
When I started reading the series, I heap on all this costuems from my closet and go around the house saying: "I'm from the House!"

AND Fred Goldnumbers.

Rachel 09-01-2009 12:24 PM

I despise Suzy. The Rats are okay. I like their bottle things.
Fred Goldnumbers? I thought it was just Gold.

Kazel 09-01-2009 12:26 PM

They all have weird names.

Kiwara 09-01-2009 12:28 PM

What's with that? I've never read the series, but from what I've read they have strange names...

Rachel 09-01-2009 12:29 PM

Especially that sorcerer, Scamandros. I don't think I can pronounce that if I said it aloud.:D

Kazel 09-01-2009 12:32 PM

Who was your favorite of the days [can't remember the correct title...)? Personally I liked Sir Thursday or Grim Tuesday.

Rachel 09-01-2009 12:36 PM

I liked Superior Saturday. She was awesome and power-hungry.

Kazel 09-01-2009 12:38 PM

Eh... I though she was a bit weak, to be honest...
But I liked Suzy's line in Tuesday:

Tuesday: WHY DO THESE THINGS KEEP HAPPENING TO ME?!?
Suzy: Coz you're a bastard? :D

Rachel 09-01-2009 12:41 PM

What I liked about her was that she destroyed the whole Lower House (and some of the Far Reaches and the Border Sea, too, I think) with the Nothing just so she could rule the House.

Kazel 09-01-2009 12:43 PM

But Arthur still defeated her! But I wonder what Lord Sunday is like... (did that book come out yet?)

Rachel 09-01-2009 12:45 PM

Well, she's not dead, maybe she'll get a hold of Sunday's Key.
Not that I know of.

Kiwara 09-01-2009 12:47 PM

What series are you talking about?

Rachel 09-01-2009 12:51 PM

The Keys to the Kingdom by Garth Nix. An amazing author.

Kiwara 09-01-2009 12:56 PM

Oh! I thought so...

Rachel 09-01-2009 12:57 PM

It's really good. You should read it.

ErinMarie 09-01-2009 05:39 PM

I've never even heard of it . . . but I did read a book by him once . . .

Jack 09-02-2009 10:43 AM

havn't read it either

Kazel 09-02-2009 10:51 AM

If you are going to read it, but books 1-4 but get 5 and 6 out of the library.

Rachel 09-02-2009 04:04 PM

Why not buy LF and SS? They were pretty good. Weird, but they were all weird.

Kazel 09-02-2009 07:07 PM

I thought LF was sped up a lot and didn't have that kind of clever detail (though it did have its moments) than 1-4. SS was too short.

Jack 09-03-2009 11:21 AM

well every body talks i'm busy winning

Kiwara 09-03-2009 11:34 AM

Nope, because I'm winning for the time being.

Kazel 09-03-2009 12:02 PM

I beg to differ.

Kiwara 09-03-2009 12:11 PM

As do I..........
