You are both very under qualified to be feeling fat... I feel like I'm the most qualified one here, at 135-140 pounds. XD
Okay, tasteless jokes aside, I know what both of you are feeling. Keep in mind your body type, your height, and your genetics. Everyone's different.
I'm trying to say is that there is more to your body than what a scale tells you. Scales do not know your muscle mass, they do not know your height, they don't know whether you're a person or a sack of potatoes. Neither does your Wii Fit board, and neither does your mirror--it's got one job, and that is to reflect particles of light. Not determine whether you are fat or not.
My mom bought me a book on recovery from eating disorders and I had to look through it today, and happened to come across a page that made me feel better right away. It talked about the ego, and the difference between "I am fat" and "My body is fat". That probably doesn't make sense, but the point it was trying to get across was that there's more to you than the lard on your butt, which judging by your perfectly okay weights, there isn't.
Don't get too confused by how you look and/or how you feel. When I look at myself, tell myself I'm fat and then say I'm skinny and then someone says I'm beautiful but I feel ugly and fat, it gets to be too much. I'm 135 pounds, feel fat, have been made fun of for being "fat," yet my ribs show through my back, I have a waist measurement of 29, am 5'6" and I have a daily caloric intake of less than 1000. When I think about it too much, I die a little bit inside from confusion. x_x You honestly have to wait YEARS to truly know whether you're fat or not, people don't stop growing until they're in their twenties. :P
