Frick, well, summer break is off to a great start...
I think I got a crappy mark in geography after my horrible exam, then I got sick, AND THEN I SOMEHOW THREW OUT MY BACK AGAIN BY SITTING IN MY CHAIR????
IT HURTS SO FRICKEN BAD
I WANT TO SOB/SCREAM BUT IF I DO, IT HURTS MORE, AND MY FAMILY WILL HEAR ME
I HAD TO DO THIS WEIRD CRABWALK THING FROM MY CHAIR TO MY BED AND THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS COMPLETELY SEIZED UP WITH PAIN AND TRYING NOT TO SCREAM
I was crying for a little bit but then I stopped when I realized that I was just making it hurt more...
Now I can feel the vertebrae in my lower back throbbing, what the FRICK does this mean?!?!?!?! Oh god
WHY DOES THIS ALWAYS HAPPEN TO ME
WHAT IF THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY BACK??
HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DRAW LIKE THIS? I'M ON MY BED, COMPLETELY IMMOBILE AND UNABLE TO EVEN ROLL OVER OR LIFT MY LEGS OR ANYTHING BECAUSE OF THE PAIN
CAPS LOCK BECAUSE I'M IN PAIN AND RESISTING THE URGE TO START SOBBING
HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET OUT OF MY BED IN THE MORNING, SINCE IM PROBABLY GOING TO BE LAYING HERE ALL NIGHT...?????
DOES THIS HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE..????
GAYAHSHSISJ I WAS STARTING THE COOLEST FREAKING PICTURE ON MY TABLET TOO AND I WAS WORKING ON COMICS AND ALL THE SUDDEN, THIS HAPPENED!!!
Oh my god...
I seriously can't move.
And all I did was stretch my back in my chair..??
Is it the chair, or is it me, or is it now I'm sitting, or...?

You can't say "To me it's okay." - TO HER, IT IS.

By publishing that video, she has opened herself up to public scrutiny. People can chose to like or dislike her as they see fit. It doesn't matter to her, she's going to be swimming in money regardless.

First of all, (just to get this part of my response out of the way) I'm sure your geography grade was fine. Either way, though, it doesn't really matter; all that matters is that you passed the grade and will be moving on to the next.

Second...
KHVDFJHVFDSGKVJASDKJGLHBFVSVOHLNFSDVJLBVFDJKBZS!!! !!!!!!!!!! ;___; *jams on keyboard in sudden panic and uselessness* *clings to you* Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh Sandy I'm so sorry! <X^C I don't know what to say! All you did was stretch?! That sounds like a muscle spasm to me, not a problem with your spine or anything...(then again, I'm not a doctor, so... x_x) asdfghjkl, Oh gosh, Sandy, please don't cry, don't cry, you're going to be fine. You probably just was sitting in a bad position in your chair, stretched wrong, and then your muscles went into a spasm; kind of like when people turn their neck to the side gently and suddenly are overwhelmed with pain for seemingly no reason.

But, seriously, I could be wrong, you obviously need some help. D: If this pain doesn't go away soon, and you can't get up at all, you HAVE TO go see a doctor. You have to, for your own safety.

Oh gosh...I can't stand knowing you're in pain and I can't do anything to help. *scrambles around like a lost little ant and cries* CASS CASSIE DANSY SANDY... ;_;

I HAVE HAD THAT BEFORE!! OH MY GOSH, I KNOW THE PAIN!

And it affects your whole body and you feel like you can't move it because if you do than it hurts more. I know I know I know I know. I think I know what it is.... at least I am positive. It always starts up at the top the next and sits at the top of the vertebrae, correct? So that is how it affects your whole spine which affects the movement in your body. YOu can't turn your head from side to side, up or down.

Okay. Okay. Okay.

Um, the pain should subside. The tension and pain was actually built by pressure probably from sitting in front of a computer too long or reading for too long, something like that. And when you were doing an activity you happened to set it off just like that and that is when the pain came. Okay... yeah.... that is all I have.

My thing went away after a day or two so I was flexible by the third but still had some neck pain. If I am correct that this is what you have, the pain should go away soon, okay? You should put some ice on it, that helped a lot and try not to move a lot at all. Every now and then, take the ice off for a certain amount of time and then put it back on. But seriously, don't do anything to stretch it. Shut off your computer, whatever. Find a comfortable place on your bed, watch some TV. Just try not to move too much.

You should ice any wound or area of pain for 20 minutes, and then take it off for 20 minutes, then put it back on for 20 minutes, and so on. NEVER ICE A WOUND OR AREA OF PAIN FOR LONGER THAN 20 MINUTES AT A TIME. This can cause tissue and nerve damage.

Okay... (*laughs awkwardly*) I think I may have overreacted/panicked there a little bit. Sorry about my little freak out... e__e
I managed to eventually get off the bed just fine after slowly getting my movement back, and, driven by my undying motivation to draw Soopermun - Man of Steel fan art that ended up really ugly (I just saw the movie today, I was all teared up for like the first half hour because of my obsession with DC and the pure, perfect beauty of the special effects) I went back to my tablet and just started drawing standing up. :/ I'm typing standing up right now, so... (*scared to sit down*)
I think that you're right, Ash, it was just a little muscle cramp. It seems that the more I get them, though, the more I panic... e____e I'm still moving around pretty sloely/carefully, though, and I'm heading off to bed in a couple minutes (it's 2:30AM here... ._____. why am I still up... I have a cold, I should be sleeping...e_e)... Thanks so much for the tips and everything, you guys! I'll definitely know not to panic next time.
