TRUE racism exists in the queer community !!!! also when queer ppl think they're immune to discriminating against other queer people or minorities in general like. Muslim queers are a thing!!!! POC queers are a thing!!!! queer people can be sexist and racist and biphobic and acephobic and islamaphobic and so much other shit. the queer community is not all cis white gays? also agreed with Elliot on nonbinary people like. I feel like as a white cis-passing ace who has been in exactly 1 relationship which was queer but can pass for straight pretty often just because a) female-passing people can appreciate other female(-passing) people's appearance without surrounding people immediately going ha gay!!! like guys would do and b) I am extremely Difficult which means there's an 0.00001% chance I'll ever be in a relationship again (I still talk to my ex because we didn't exactly break up but we'll probably never see each other again) and since I'm aroace-spec it's a lot easier for people to assume I'm straight ...... I'm privileged for a queer person but also that means transphobes/homophobes/etc say a lot more offensive shit around me because I don't "look" queer so like they don't think anything of it.

also whenever someone starts a sentence with "I'm not homophobic but...", "I'm not transphobic but...", studies show there's a 99% chance that person is homo/trans/etc-phobic sorry I don't make the rules I just tell the truth.
