AHEM.
Although I am a devoted Democrat, I would like to point out that "republicans" and "republicans in politics" are very different things. The people that get featured on Fox News are radical, right wing conservatives. Most of America is somewhere in the middle, LEANING left or LEANING right. Unfortunately, REAL republicans don't get featured in the mainstream media, because the radicals are the ones squealing the loudest (therefore, they "get the grease"). I have a republican friend. She is completely reasonable, agrees with me on social issues like gay rights, abortion, and contraception, but she just thinks that republican ideas would benefit America. And I respect that. Nobody is like (for example) Pat Robertson (he makes me cry, seriously, I hate him so much), and he doesn't fairly represent Republicans or Christians (of which I am neither, just to emphasize that I am not defending myself here).
Okay. On the topic, I don't know who's going to win. I hope it's Obama (actually, I WISH it was Hillary Clinton, but THAT'S not happening), though.
I hate how some people (radical right-wing conservatives in the media) are making a big deal of Obama experimenting with drugs in his twenties, and then completely dismissing the fact that Romney was a bully. Drugs are something you do, a bully is something you are. You can never out run something that you are, no matter how much you've changed. You will always be the mean kid on the playground, somewhere in your soul. That said, I don't think that it matters when choosing a president. I just agree with Obama, and disagree with Romney. It's as simple as that.
