Just because you have to squeeze into a dress doesn't mean you're fat! O_O Maybe it's a size too small, maybe you just grew, maybe it shrunk in the wash. ^_^ You're not fat.

You are NOT that girl, kay? You are too good to commit suicide, you are too strong. Don't say that, don't dwell on it, DONT think about it. You are stronger than that.....

I squeeze into most of my dresses, and apparently I'm not fat, so you aren't either. :P

i'm feeling like i just want to sleep and never wake up again and it scares me so bad, even reading MCR's quotes and listening to Never Too Late and Stay Awake and other inspirational music isn't helping

Lily09 01-19-2013 10:57 PM

So my brother KNOWS I used to cut, and he just spent the entire time we were doing the dishes joking about cutting.
-_-
He also knew he could do it because we were doing the dishes and I'm not allowed to leave until the job's done. I'm not allowed to dump a bowl of soapy water over his head. I'm not allowed to do anything about him other than say, "Shut the f**k up."

Not trying to say your parents are good or you're not allowed to have it bad but I think we probably all over exaggerate our parents on this thread...I look at posts like these, and wonder, how does one get such parents to for kidpub membership? :O

Don't listen to those things. Even if you want something ridiculous, like to walk to the sun or something, it's not their place to judge if you're good enough.

What a clever idiot... I know that you are strong, and I know that you can succeed in life loads better than him and know you will be amazing. You have the strength, but he doesn't.

Did ever think that maybe, just maybe, I actually felt that way? Or do you only think about yourself like I've always thought.

You know what, Charlotte. You are too strong to do that and I truly believe in you and believe that everything's gonna be alright. You are strong enough to not commit suicide, and you are strong enough to not cut or listen to the voices. You just haven't found the strength yet.

ASININE IDIOTS.
Why are people always so insensitive about cutting? My classmate was like 'ot'a disgusting, who made up the idea of cutting, NO ONE would feel like cutting.'
Ignorance.
I thought your brother was supposed to be nice!
Well...maybe you can kick his shins instead?

Voices?
Not you too..
And for the last time, stereotypical parents! Wearing black doesn't mean you're suicidal or anything!
They probably are thinking you aren't looking that cheerful (they should've noticed that some time ago) and made a comment, not realising how delicate you are now.
Perhaps my parents are actually nince...

I did too, though I'm now kind of glad it didn't. But I wouldn't know anything when I died anyway, so I suppose it doesn't matter.

Yeah, my father keeps saying that I won't be able to complete my story. I'll show him.
And you shall show them.
You're not stupid.

My school lost against my old school by one shot in the last seconds of the game. I know ir's just a game, but that school was shitty, and I REALLY wanted to beat them, not because of the people, just to see that SCHOOL get beaten. Am I making sense?

soph-soph27 01-20-2013 01:45 PM

High school confirmation forms are coming in early February. I figure out if I got into the program in early February. I feel like a pipe with about a billion tons of water pressure in it, and there's gonna be a pipe bust soon.

Completely rational. It's always nice to have concrete proof, so to speak, that your one is better.

This isn't really a vent, more of an observation of mine.

People say that having online friends is dangerous, bad, antisocial, and will make you awkward and obsessed with technology. But if you're actually sensible about it, then it can really be better than a lot of IRL friendships, and help you become a better person.
Whilst stuff that isn't said out loud can be misinterpreted, online conversations don't have as much pressure to answer immediately, and you are able to consider the wisdom of posting what you type as you type it. If you realize that it's something that will hurt someone, then you can just not post it.
You're able to look back on your conversations if someone does get upset, and see what you've done to offend or hurt them, so that you can apologise properly and try not to repeat the mistake.
You can't judge people on appearance (unless of course, you're doing a video chat). Whilst some people do hold the belief that judging someone by how they look is shallow and superficial, even they do change their attitudes subconsciously based on how someone looks. Online, you judge people by how they act, how good of a person they are, by who they are rather than how pretty or skinny or tall or whatever they are. And that can carry into real life to, to make you wait until you've done something other than just glimpse them to judge anyone.

Why am I so messed up? There is evidence everywhere that if I was just nicer to people, my life would be so much better, but I'm still the arrogant asshole--even when I tell myself that I should change. People either pity me or hate me, and that infuriates me to extreme levels and I can't stand it. Why don't I change? Why can't I change? Why can't I? I try and try but I'm afraid of...I don't know what. I don't know. Change? I feel that if I change myself, that I won't have power over myself anymore. I don't know if I'd be changing for other people or for me, but I do because I can't miss out on friendships just because I'm a judgemental jerk. I need to learn that, because right now, I just have Narcissistic Bitch painted on my forehead.

This doesn't really need a reply. Just a vent.

Just a suggestion - you should try being nicer, but not to the point losing yourself. So you can be nice if you want to - or bitchy. If you don't know what you're afraid about in changing, there's no reason to be afraid.

Oh
My god
Bare as a musical is playing. Right now.
Across the country.
AGH IT'S LIKE A PUNCH IN THE STOMACH THAT I CAN'T SEE IT! I promise you, if we lived in NY we would be seeing it even though it's Off-Broadway I would be DRAGGING MY PARENTS TO NEW WORLD STAGES in order to see it (even though there's no Matt or Sister Chantelle; I can't understand why).
