Random foot cramps while swimming is annoying… When I get leg cramps, I think I slam my leg into the bed repeatedly…

I rub my leg really hard...

Most of the time I'm not sure if I even had a leg cramp… Then again my memory's reaaaaally bad around the time I go to sleep and wake up.
