Yup. But I turn 14 in March sooo...I'm on a five week diet right now...

Caleigh! I'm trying to lose weight too. We should make up at exercise program together and talk through Instagram. That way, we can post pictures to prove we've been loyal to our program. XD

Teenage bodies are awkward. For example, Gee as a teenager. I don't quite feel right in my body. Like it doesn't fit.

don't starve yourself or anything.
Caleigh's idea is good. Force yourself to say something positive. And maybe put together a list of nice things people have said about you?
and it might actually help to go on a diet. A healthy diet, where you're actually getting enough to eat but not too much. 'cause when I felt kind of like that, it seemed like that would help…

I know how you feel. I'm only about ten pounds heavier than you, and I'm really not that fat, but... like... guh.

Hon, it's okay. I'm pretty sure everyone feels like an awkward ass of a teenager at some point in their teenagedom. Your body is changing constantly now and it can feel really f---ed up and globbish at points, but as long as you maintain a healthy diet (hahaha i don't) and a fairly active lifestyle (i actively blog), it should all work out fine. :')

You know, when you go on a diet, you have to exercise a bit, too. So try being as active as you can! It really helps.

I actively run a blog!
...oh wait.

To build on the positive talk idea, I have some elaborations. Take an expo marker and look at yourself in the mirror. Think about yourself, and whenever something negative comes to mind, write the positive counterpart on the mirror. Then, once you've exhausted ideas and/or space, read them out loud to yourself. It really helps, I've done it before.
Is it just me who reads the text in white as if we're whispering?

You are both very under qualified to be feeling fat... I feel like I'm the most qualified one here, at 135-140 pounds. XD

Okay, tasteless jokes aside, I know what both of you are feeling. Keep in mind your body type, your height, and your genetics. Everyone's different.

I'm trying to say is that there is more to your body than what a scale tells you. Scales do not know your muscle mass, they do not know your height, they don't know whether you're a person or a sack of potatoes. Neither does your Wii Fit board, and neither does your mirror--it's got one job, and that is to reflect particles of light. Not determine whether you are fat or not.
My mom bought me a book on recovery from eating disorders and I had to look through it today, and happened to come across a page that made me feel better right away. It talked about the ego, and the difference between "I am fat" and "My body is fat". That probably doesn't make sense, but the point it was trying to get across was that there's more to you than the lard on your butt, which judging by your perfectly okay weights, there isn't.

Don't get too confused by how you look and/or how you feel. When I look at myself, tell myself I'm fat and then say I'm skinny and then someone says I'm beautiful but I feel ugly and fat, it gets to be too much. I'm 135 pounds, feel fat, have been made fun of for being "fat," yet my ribs show through my back, I have a waist measurement of 29, am 5'6" and I have a daily caloric intake of less than 1000. When I think about it too much, I die a little bit inside from confusion. x_x You honestly have to wait YEARS to truly know whether you're fat or not, people don't stop growing until they're in their twenties. :P

Ha, yesh! Maybe then I shall be loyal. XD

It's not that I don't get enough love, or don't have enough people who love me.
._.

It's the fact that the last person who stabbed me in the back somehow put a black hole in my heart. It sucks up and destroys most of the positive feelings I have before I can actually feel them. It seems to be a bottomless pit. I feel lonely all the time because of it.

It's not your fault I'm like this. Is it mine? I'm not sure. I hope not. But, I don't care who is to blame, really...I just want to get rid of this thing so I can stop feeling so darn lonely all the time. x_x *tries to hug my dog* *dog hates hugs and promptly starts growling* You're NOT helping. ._.
