It dies randomly for NO REASON. It goes over the limit for NO REASON. Because of the limit, we can't download anything unless we get up at one in the morning, and even then it sometimes goes over the limit, even though the limit isn't supposed to exist then. Customer support sucks and lies. The website lies. People complained about it being slow in 2008.
