But still, gay robots.

My first TF ship was Megatron+Starscream :p

Actually, L X Kira is more justifiable than L X Light, as it was shown he was obsessed with the Kira case itself and wanted Light to be Kira, while he lied to Light that he was his friend and probably didn't think much of him. However, the most likely one would be Light X Kira, which would be him X himself, because of his narcissistic psychopathy.

Gay robots are fabulous.

What can I say? It's a great ship haha

Especially Cybertron AU's where they are both gladiators together.

And they have to fight.

But they're in love.

*nostalgic tears of past gay love obsessions*

Most shippings are slash and het, sometimes femslash. But mostly slash. I think shippings do not have anything to do with gender; it is merely the personalities and roles in the stories themselves, and many authors/creators fabricate characters who are very different from each others, opposites, and therefore people have material to ship with.

You just gave shipping the most beautiful and scientific description ever.

Thank you. Although I was not technically describing shipping, I was describing the unimportance of gender in shipping.
