so a few days ago I also told my dad that I don't have a problem with homosexuality

and he's kind of cool with it, but definitely thinks that it's a sin and all that

and I get the distinct feeling that he'd kick me out of the house if he ever found out I was bisexual, so

I hate my family sometimes

I don't really know I'm pretty sure I'm part of the community because I'm romantically bi but I can only really find girls sexually attractive so
But I'm obviously not going to explain that to my dad

My mom's okay and she actually thinks gay marriage is a good idea
She just thinks that it's bad for kids to grow up with same sex parents

But my dad
Is so freaking close minded
And conservative

He explained to me that it was better back in the days where a girl was expected to get married and be a stay at home mom and parents chose her husband

And he's like, "sadly, I can't choose your husband"

and he's like, "this is what's wrong with the feminist movement, they're giving women too many options. It was simpler three hundred years ago when women knew their place and could just focus on serving their husband and God"
