I don't think it completely deletes: the story is still there, there just aren't any words in it. So technically, it still remains on the NSP.

Welcoming newbies isn't very bad clogging in my opinion, it makes Kidpub feel more like a family I suppose. xD I respect your decision, but I don't think the welcomes are too big of a problem because there aren't a lot coming right now. :3

I think it doesn't show up any more unless you have a link, but I'm not sure.
