wow why did i think watching the season finale of hannibal w OULDNT be super triggering and disgusting

i mean ive seen the gifsets and they were triggering but idk i thought i could handle an ep so the season finale was on so i watched it??/// and ew nonononoononooo it was so bloody i cried

im fine it was last night it just all came back to me then and kinda bitch slapped my mind but im good now

i didnt harm but it was rlly triggering and i wanted to share that with ppl who might be tempted to watch that show (though idk why you would be it's about a serial killer cannibal and theres so much gore who even likes gore yuck no thanks)
