Good. ^_^ The first step to change is always making up your mind to make it.
Just remember that your KP family loves you, as do your in-person friends, and your actual family, and we're all rooting for you. Okay? <:^J Don't listen to other people when they talk like that, ESPECIALLY those who try to brand you as one thing or another.
Maybe try to get into vent art...? Music can also help. I find that it's good to listen to music in three steps: (1) Listen to some songs that describe how you feel. This helps you accept your emotions. (2) Listen to some empowering/look-at-me-i'm-awesome songs. This will help you build up your self-esteem and aid you in getting over what's bothering you. And then (3) listen to happier, more carefree songs, or whatever songs will make you feel how you want to feel (confident, happy, calm, etc.). ^_^
