Life is a gift. Take it. Don't complain about it.

Little problems are still problems. If you can't accept that, then do what Ash said-get off this thread. ;)

Yeah. Life is a gift. Doesn't erase the fact that we still have problems.

That's like saying someone who skinned their knee doesn't deserve a band-aid because someone in the world somewhere broke their leg. A little problem is still a problem.

Meh. Evyn just insulted my religion on the Gay Marriage thread. I'm not even sure if she meant it, but I'm still offended and a bit pissed.
I'M JEWISH AND I'M AWESOME! SO THERE! *snap*

Well then, I'm insulted because you guys took what I said the wrong way.

I explained what I meant, but I am sorry I offended you.

They do. They just shouldn't make a big fuss over it. I'm just saying it's good to help others and try to be selfless instead of wallowing in self pity.

But you're not trying to help others...

Anorexia, hallucinations, and divorce are petty in you eyes?

These are serious issues. We all know that there's someone who has it worse than us. We don't need you to tell us that. That still doesn't make problems easier to handle.

I do think that some of these posts are a little melodramatic and sensitive, but that's people. Just because some people have trouble coping with things doesn't mean you can patronize them.

Well, your being kind of heartless about these "petty" problems.
