Pardon my French, but.....what the heck is that? Life DOES suck sometimes. Being able to recognize that at 12 means nothing deserving of a slap.

Batman doesn't like emo kids.

I mean, I guess this'll prepare me for high school, but....I don't know.

I feel the same way. Algebra isn't such a big deal for me, but Physical Science and English 9 require me to actually try hard. xD

Ruza 09-11-2012 07:42 AM

These GIFS are getting trippy.

My Math teacher does not know how to teach. He slaps a textbook on our desk and tells us to read it and do x amount of equations. Whatever. I'm not learning a dayum thing.

My Pre-Algebra teacher was like that last year. It was horrible; I honestly didn't learn a thing.

Move onto Algebra already!

Angry.

Dad:
So you think I should set a goal on running just because I haven't broke my record last time I competed? And that I should stop having coaching from my coach if I don't succeed?
I had FEVER on Saturday, albeit mildly. During the whole summer we practically had no practice to increase our speed, but our endurance and strength. I was surprised Saturday's record even placed second in my list of personal bests, albeit being 0.01 seconds away from my third one. Everyone has their rises and falls, as Mum said. You said you wanted me to break my record every time I compete, yet you don't say that when you didn't manage to break your own marathon record.
Yes, you're aging, and yes, you don't have a coach. But I overheard you arguing with Mum and saying how my competitors were so much more better than I am. Half of my competitors were fifteen, and all of them were older than me. Don't compare, Dad. Some talents come naturally and no matter how hard I try, there will always be someone better than I am, 'kay?
I know you're sick of me being this unsocial kid who has no one to talk to during practice. Maybe that's why you want me to resign from the team?

Pushy parents (especially Oriental ones) are always going to try to live through their kids. Don't feel the need to do whatever makes your dad happy, or you'll end up doing the same thing when you're older because you never let yourself do what you want. Just do your best, and be proud of yourself. Your dad is probably proud of you, but he wants you to do better, even if he's being like that. We're proud of you too, for what it's worth.

I didn't make the gif. There are no little kids on this thread anyway, except for the emo 11 year olds.

So? This is still a kids' website, and no doubt parents are checking it out to see if this site is appropriate for their child.

BESIDES. O_o Calling your fellow KPers "female dogs" with a GIF isn't exactly polite. Or considerate. Or friendly. At all.

If Ruza's still here, I doubt Perry would ban her. She's said much worse.

But still, Camille, you said "I know my art sucks, but there's no need to be hateful."

And a few weeks before that, you pulled the "Kids in Africa are starving" card on us.

You have a hard time staying consistent.

Name anyone under 10 on this here thread.
The youngest person on this website is 9, not counting the school account.

I do it lovingly.

I knew I said I wouldn't get involved, but there are probably people older than that who don't like that kind of language, y'know?

And there might be young guests. You never know.

Lovingly? ... So, by your logic, any of your friends can "lovingly" call you a female dog? Interesting logic.

I don't know half the people on this thread, so I couldn't tell you. But age isn't the point.

Well, no, sorry, I can't just ignore it. ^_^ Would you go around talking like that with your grandmother around? Would your parents enjoy seeing you use that kind of GIF--especially when it's directed to your friends/peers? Probably not.

How do you know they're old? They're anonymous guests. You don't know everything, Camille.

Yes, because I have a sense of humor. Maybe you should get one, they're on sale at WalMart.

Why can't you ignore, goody two shoes?
My grandmother is practically deaf, she wouldn't hear me anyway. She's very passive, she wouldn't care. And my other one is dead, so yeah.
I don't think my parents care that much.

Neither do you.

Jesus Christ, now I know why I left.

I can't effing believe my dad...
He 's banning me from Facebook because he saw one of my friends like a photo with the 'f' word. I had my News Feed open, and of course, being the nosy git he is, he looked at it when I was away from the room. He wanted me to tell her be careful of what she likes because that action would be on my News Feed, and I refused, since it is entirely her right to do so. He wanted me to defriend her...but why?
I never thought of my parents as overprotective, and they aren't on safety matters. But they are on this aspect.
For once, I wish I lived in a big, busy family.
I planned to de-friend her and befriend her again (on FB, I mean), with a message of why I de-friended her at the first place. I guess I've got to keep my Facebook shut in front of my father.
Oh, and he said that if I don't feel uncomfortable when someone swears in front of me, he'd start controlling who I'm going to be friends with.

CACrools 09-12-2012 05:09 PM

Lauren: Explain to him that you understand that swearing is bad, and that people only swear because they don't know what else to say. You know your dad best.

LaurenM 09-12-2012 06:20 PM

I already said that it's not me, or my friend who said a swearword that appeared on my News Feed, to him. He wants her not to like anything with a swearword in it. I've said to him that the main point of that picture wasn't the swearword, it could as well be 'damn it' instead of 'eff it'.

BlueMi 09-12-2012 09:32 PM

I made excuses. I rushed off to the bathroom. I stood up tall, looked myself straight in the eye in the mirror.
I started crying.
It's not like I'm any prettier when I cry either. My lip curls and my teeth stick out and they're all yellow and my face turns purply red.
Still crying, I blow my nose. I splash water in my face, dry it and look in the mirror.
I'm crying again.
Blow nose.
Water.
Dry.
Stand straight.
Leave the bathroom.
Come back to rehearsal, where everyone but me is happily dancing. Reside back to table of solitude. Cradle knees to chest. Wish rehearsal was over and wonder why I'm such a failure.
