And LOL usually sounds like 'loll' to me.

To me, LOL is ell-oh-ell. lol is basically the same, though not as… pronounced. Closer to silent. And it has a picture of a screaming guy.
lulz, however, is lollz/lulz/lolls.

I was at biology tutoring today (although I don't really need it) and I got sudden inspiration to write a book that takes place in a post-apocalyptic future, and aparently there's this "safe zone" where a small amount of humans live. Supposedly those are the only humans left, the rest are infected with the wacked out rabies-like disease. The leader of this safe zone forces breeding upon the people since the human race is now so scarce, and if they want the human species to not die out they must reproduce. So basically if you're old enough to bare a kid, you do. Even if you are a ten-year-old girl.
There's this fifteen year old girl who doesn't want to. To get out of breeding, she starts up rumors that she's unable to and when the leader finds out that she's actually able to-he pretty much kicks her out of the safe zone because anarchy won't be tolerated. Once she's outside, she finds out that they really aren't the only humans left in the world.
I haven't started it yet, but I like it. :]

The first day I found incredibly confusing. Ask a teacher for directions... I just focused on making it to class and paying attention to the teacher. Once I was used to that, it was okay...

Like the first week is just things for your parents to sign, that's really easy. And then it's usually more like, if you don't get it done in class, it's homework, and the teachers will have gone over how to do it so it's not that hard. At least, at my school. We're a small school with small classes, so the teachers have more time to talk and address individual things than with a big class. (Seriously, 7th grade has less than 60 students.)

Is that for everyone, or just the people transferring in? It looks my grade would have a little less than a hundred students… The private school my mom says I can go to has like 20 students in all the grades. O_o
