tbh it is my personal headcanon (which means, like, canon bc it's my story I AM GOD) that sanna loves paramore

I've been stuck on the same scene of my book for the past six months (*dies*) and I always knew that it was a plotting issue, but NOW I'VE IDENTIFIED IT
AND I'VE CHANGED THE PLOT
AND NOW IT ALL JUST MAKES SO SO SO MUCH MORE SENSE
AND I DON'T HAVE TO REWRITE ANYTHING (*passes out from relief*)
AND THE CLIMAX ISN'T SHITTY IT'S ACTUALLY PRETTY DAMN EXCITING
and yeah I'm just super pumped because I actually fixed the problem and the stakes escalate now (they sorta stopped escalating at the 75% mark before) and it's pretty epic
and just yeah
//nikki is happy
//also high on coffee

//ships dangerously

the thing where the characters are super developed and awesome but THERE IS NO FREAKING CONCEPT OF A PLOT YET AND WHERE THE HECK DO I START

thanks! these links actually really did help me, but my main concern is that my characters are probably going to completely take over what little of a plot i have and i'll get completely sidetracked. i mean, there are at least thirty-two characters (but only like two POVs) and each has a completely distinct personality and everything, and i just don't know how to explain it XD

I finally found a good plot idea but now as I read the parts I've written I cringe so hard. Blech.

so my protagonist (Luana) tried to kick this one guy in the balls and Benedict just grabbed her leg and was like "no no don't do that" and she was like "I'LL KICK YOU TOO BRO"

tbh i'm really proud of this assignment i just did
we had to do a novel proposal set in the revelation space universe (our reading for the unit) and i just really like mine and i might write it one day
