And Disney Channel is cruel, too. It makes you wonder what it would be like if you were in their situation. And damn, their world is perfect. They get to dress whatever they like, they get to do whatever they like, aka dance in a crowd completely synchronized without any practice, they get to live in their protected bubble of Disney Channel world. But one thing that reassures me about what they'll never have is the feeling of sitting in a room alone, in front of a computer, blasting music, staring blankly at the wall in semi-numbness, semi-angry, semi-sad, but know that you're feeling reality. "If you're not a tiny bit depressed, you aren't seeing the world clearly." Disney will never have glasses. *very random vent over* |
You know what I want? I want a story about a villan's rise to power. No, not a comedy. A dark fantasy story with torture, death, and magic.
Not gonna happen. |
OMIGOSH MY NEW GRAPHING CALCULATOR IS EPICFUL.
I can even type on it. 8'DDDDDDD http://www.kidpub.com/forum3/picture...pictureid=5258 |

Me too. No happy endings. Just sadistic smiles. |
That would be awesome. :D
...Unfortunately that wouldn't bode well with the three year olds...xD |
I'm looking into playing either the violin or the cello, and I can't decide. At all.
They both sound great, but it seems to me that cello has more range. Cello also might be easier since I'm used to spacing my hands and fingers wide for piano, whereas on the violin they would be all close together. But violins can have so much emotion... |
Violins are awesome. :D
|
The high notes can get really irritating, though. O_e At this point, I'm leaning towards the cello.
|
Sure, cello is great too. *shrugs*
Listening to tea and sympathy and tearing up like I always do. -_- |
Cello is great (skip to 0:35 for the beginning of the real action):

XD Some people have too much on their hands. But that was really impressive.

I officially love the soundtrack of the Ring and the Ring Two. Helps me write stuff. And has such a beautiful mood.

I think there are a looooot of movies like that, though, with the blonde ditz being the bad guy and the punkish loner chick being the good guy... This should probably be on the gay marriage thread but personally I want the next Disney prince/princess to be homosexual, or plus-sized. :D TIME TO TROLL THE ADULTS! I know SOOOOOO many adults who get their jimmies in a rustled knot over that stuff. XD |

http://jamesandhisdadsreviews.webs.c.../part%2015.jpg Haven't you seen Coraline? I'd say that's pretty sadistic as well. |

XD I'm not even going to ASK what that movie is. 8D I actually really liked Coraline. I don't know exactly why I enjoyed it so much but...I dunno. I think it was the music that got me the most. :3 But now I am forever terrified of black buttons....and when someone jokes about being my "other mother." I'm just like....ummmm, no. No, you're not. Quit playing with the buttons and WHY ARE YOU LOOKING AT ME LIKE THAT? I'm not crazy. Honestly. <:^D I just saw a weird movie, okay? *le end pointless ramble* |
I read the book, but haven't seen the film yet. The author is amazing. He co-wrote Good Omens with Terry Pratchett. I seriously recommend that book.

My preacher (who's preached at my church for twenty-five years) is retiring, and he only has two Sunday's left to preach. He's been my preacher since I was a little five year old girl, so I wanted to sing in front of the church to say a last goodbye. He's been through alot, too. I'd like some song suggestions, if you please. Something somewhat slow and contemporary Christian. It doesn't have to be slow, though. So far, I have "You Lead" by Jamie Grace, and "Angel By Your Side" by Francesca Battistelli. Please help!!! :D I'm singing THIS coming Sunday!!!
He's been an amazing preacher, so I really want to do a good job. :) He's been my preacher for nine years, so yeah...right now here is the song selection list: You Lead Angel by Your Side Jesus Calling Redeemed 7x70 Who Am I PLEEEEEASE HELP!!! |
Haha, I'm an expert on Christian music. :D

Greeeeaaaat.
I have the absolute BEST afternoon carpool to school -_- They wanted me to be in their morning carpool too, but I was highly against it cuz all of them are.............really really weird to say the least. But anyway. There's a boy in that carpool, so my mom sent out an email to every flippin person going to my school that lives in my neighborhood saying that "Morgan is still awkward and uninterested in boys. I dont think we want to go in that carpool." OF ALL THE THINGS TO SAY! And the worst part is that I'm not awkward and uninterested in boys so now the whole neighborhood thinks and adfkladjsfsksd When she told me what she said in the email (or rather my sister told me what she said) Another friend was with me which just made it even more awkward, so I responded. "Honestly, no girl is interested in him." The point being of how I got in their afternoon carpool...The girl I'm in my morning carpool with is doing cross-country so can't carpool and that was the only one open -_- And that, my friends, was my minor, first-world problem of the day :D |
I LOVE THE ONCE-LER.
I AM OFFICIALLY WRITING THE LORAX FANFICTION. Spoilers: 1) The Once-Ler and Ryan Ross somehow meet via Totally Looks Like 2) The Once-ler makes wigs, and runs out of truffula trees. So he resorts to using the Lorax 2) is going to be gory horror. AND NO ONE CAN STOP ME, MUAHAHA! http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m2...kd0o10_250.gif |

I'm already editing Falling Maple Leaves a bit and I think I need to add a lot of stuff to make it realistic. As if it isn't long enough already ._. AAAAAAAND...I hate the new netbook that was originally my cousin's, now mine. Of course, I like it, but solely for the reason that it's mine. First, it's pink, second, it refuses to open (it repeats the opening process a thousand times) and third, the keyboard is tiny. I can't type a word without making a typo. But I like the fact that it's super-light and I can bring it to Guangxi when I'm training so I don't have to type my story on my iPod or write it down. Next time when i see the said cousin, I'm actually going to talk to her, since I need to thank her :D |
I am known for creative passwords. No one has ever hacked anything of mine, and I wouldn't care if they did. If I start acting like 'Somebody Else' again, it's a hacker.

*gives reminiscent grin at the memory of Somebody Else*

I just learned the oddest thing; violin and cello don't have frets! That's so... How do you know what note you're playing??
|
I dunno. o_o

Crap crap crap crap crap. Michael's here.
