ok so every single winter i like HAVE to read an epic so so far i’ve read the iliad in eighth grade, the odyssey freshman year, the aeneid sophomore year, the edda last year, and the táin bó cuailnge this year

ooh! cool. i'm in seventh and have a book that has both in it, going to try my best. aneid sounds really interesting so that's probably next, then i'll move on to other roman-era things (epics and plays, really whatever i can get my hands on)
