well one main contributor to stage fright is being scared to mess up or always censoring yourself. my advice is not to psych yourself out....to just go out there, sing your song, and hide nothing....and if you get caught up in a moment or something, just go with it and see where it takes you,

Well, I have never really had stage fright, but I have a friend that does. I always tell her to drink a lot of water. It helps with your nerves. Also, don't pshyc yourself out--if you keep telling yourself you have stage fright then you're going to have to have stage fright, but if you say to yourself that you're going to do well, you will. Just be confident!

I get bad stage fright too...
JUST KEEP GOING. This is the best advice i can give. Once I was singing my part of a song in a group and then I totally forgot the words! Oops! So I started singing the words to another verse with the same tune. Not even my group noticed.
And practice. Firstly by yourself, then in frount of a mirror, then in frount of your parents & siblings (if you have any).
