Default Tolkien Scholars Unite!

Those who are readers of the great works of Professor Tolkien can come here to discuss and obsess intelligently about these great works.
Because Tolkien is fabulous.

I own a first edition of the Silmarillion.
Purchased for £30, worth at least £200.

I own a first edition of The Hobbit! :3 Except, I didn't buy it from anyone. My father had gotten it when he was a little boy (it was passed down), and we've kept it in extremely good condition.

It was in a used bookshop in a little village nearby.
